Yes. Every order includes tracking, which is emailed to you as soon as your parcel ships.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns are free. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging.

Email us at support@fashionoto.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
